Blogs, RSS and Wikis in Business
Dan Farber has three quotes here from heavyweights in this field. In summary, barriers to the integration of these tools and applications in a business are principally cultural, rather than technological. Nevertheless, I believe there are some distinct advantages for a small business or a department within a large enterprise.
