FCC Muddies the Future

The FCC is a political animal. To expect forward -looking, rational decisions is to believe Hell freezes over. The FCC truly did split the baby and the result gives no financial clarity to the industry or to consumers. Powell had it right, but the Commission voted appeasement, not reality.
