Now we'll wait for Facebook to enter the fray. Thanks to ZDNet for the graphic!

Only 15% use the best email program available today? Gmail. It's hard to believe. Looks like I'm in the genius group one more time.

(I think the problem is that once someone begins using one app, it's very hard to change. So, in the convert field, the one who can port your existing mail very easily... Facebook? wins the pie. Google Gmail makes it quite easy, yet it's still difficult for non-technical people.)

Stickiness is the attribute that any site or service wants to apply to their customers/users. Gmail is very sticky given that I've been using it since it first appeared. How many different services have my email address....probably a couple hundred. How hard would that be to change? Ugh! Will stick with Gmail. To Google's credit, they make it easy to both import and export contact info.

My guess is Google will do something to thwart Facebook's latest foray.

Using email marketing you can send a series of messages to your email subscribers, educating them about your products and services.

Toby...just because you think it is the best does not necessarily make it so. Also, it is clear that you haven't used the others in years. So please realize how unintelligent and childish it makes you seem to comment on someting when you don't know what you are talking about.

I hate to tell you, but hte average intenret user doesn't give a damn about anything Google does other than google.com, and even that is just out of habit.
