Verizon May Sell or Spin Off Directory Division Next Year - New York Times
The BIG question is who will be the buyer for Verizon Information Services. The sale makes long-term sense for Verizon, particularly with falling revenue at the unit, but that makes it a buyer's advantage as to sale price. What will happen to the stock price of VZ before and after after a sale?
