Cranberry Orange Relish

Cranberry Orange Relish

4 cups whole, fresh cranberries
1 whole orange (seeded, skin on)
2 cups sugar

Grind cranberries and orange together in meat grinder or food processor. Stir in the sugar and mix well. Pour into covered jars or bowl an refrigerate for at least two days before serving.
