American Liberty at the Precipice - New York Times

Once again the Times is wrong. Habeas corpus (from a non-lawyer's perspective) should not apply to sworn enemies of the U.S. who are terrorists.

Those Islamic radicals or other non-citizens who are sworn to destroy our way of life and have been found and arrested around the world for actions that threaten us should not have access to American courts or habeas corpus rights. It makes no sense to pretend that these people should have access to Constitutional 'rights.'

I trust the Supreme Court will agree.
