David Usher
David was born and educated in Milford, Massachusetts, attended Cornell University and received a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute in Massachusetts. His career experience includes customer service, Internet operations and strategy development, public relations, telecommunications operations and engineering, public policy development and regulatory affairs. His career includes service as a captain in the U.S. Army Signal Corps, leadership positions at NYNEX (Verizon) in Maine and Vermont, and for Resolution, Inc. in South Burlington. He served as a consultant to small businesses under the auspices of Vermont’s Peer-to-Peer Collaborative, an element of the Vermont Sustainable Jobs Fund.
