Good job, Mr. Ashcroft. There can be no question in any reasonable person's mind that 9/11 is the culmination of years of less aggressive action by the leadership of our government, including Congress, various administrations and the intelligence agencies.
Trying to lay 9/11 at the Bush doorstep as Democrats and some members of this Commission and various media persons are trying to do is a terrible travesty. Thinking people will reach a different conclusion.
